To get the Appeon permanent key, you must activate the Appeon license. Log in AEM and click the licensing link : it will display the installed version (developer, workgroup/enterprise). Click the generate activation request button. It will produce a .BIN file. Email us this .BIN file, and also send it to appeon@novalys.net We will send you back the license.appeon file Import it into the system through AEM > licensing
If you want to move your Appeon license from one machine to another, you must first deactivate the license via the AEM console (NOT uninstall the product) and email us the .BIN file. Then you can install the software to a new machine and activate it. You can also export all Appeon server and Appeon developer settings to your new machine using the AEM console. Once you have installed your license in your new machine you can import this entire configuration and redeploy your application.
You must NOT change your machine clock. This will make Appeon stop working. If you need to get an extension of your license, please contact us.
If you need to find the Mac address of a machine to create an activation key, follow these steps: * Open the windows start menu * Open a cmd window (execute > "cmd") * Enter the command "ipconfig /all" without quotes. To transfer a license to a new server, you must connect to the AEM - Licensing an create a de-activation file. Once the file is created, Appeon Server will continue working for another 30 days and the end user will not receive any message. Only the AEM administrator will encounter some warning message. The ISUG license is a developer license, with the same functionnalities than a Appeon Developer license. There's no functional difference between Appeon official DE license and ISUG DE license except the subsequent two points. 1) ISUG license comes with no support or maintenance; 2) One ISUG member can only get one ISUG DE license;
