Please go to IE> Tools> Internet Options> Security, and then select the appropriate zone (Internet or Local intranet), and then click the Custom Level button to enable the following settings (they are enabled for the trusted sites by default). Finally please click OK to save the changes and close IE.

• Download signed ActiveX controls
• Run ActiveX controls and plug-Ins
• Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting
• Active scripting
