Appeon Mobile -How to force closing apps when it's frozen?

Please check the attached and try to kill the app in the task bar by following the next steps:
1) Click on the "Home"
2) Move your finger to get out of the task bar; you can see the apps there are running and they are auto-hided. If you click on the ''pin'', the task bar will stay up and won't be auto hided.
3) Hold your finger on the icons for a few seconds until the red circles appear
4) Click on a red circle to close one application.
