How to renew the support of your Appeon licenses

In order to renew the support of all your licenses, please follow these steps:
1) Go to AEM Console > Server Properties > Support and click on "Renew support" and Send the “renew support file” to Novalys
2) We will provide you with a new support file 3) Go to AEM Console > Server Properties > Support and click on «apply license". When step #3 is completed the extended support renewal period is displayed. Note: even if your system indicates that the support will expire, it will not stop working. | |
