The problem is not related to the license. Try the solution below and if the problem cannot be resolved, the customer needs to reinstall the Appeon Server. Solution one: The permission is not enough, please try to use the following solution to solve this issue: Solution two (in case solution 1 does not work) 1. Install the Appeon Server on a different machine 2. Copy the following file C:\inetpub\wwwroot\appeon\AEM\db\t_pb_ini.dat from the new machine to the problematic server machine. 3. Reboot system | |
