APB - Maintenance renew

In order to renew the support of all your licenses, please follow the next steps:

 

  • Send the “renew support file” to Novalys (Go to AEM Console > Server Properties > Support and click on "Renew support")
  • Novalys will provide you the new support file 
  • Customer go to AEM Console > Server Properties > Support   and click on «apply license". When step #3 is completed Appeon display the extended support renewal period 

 

Please note that even if your system thinks the support will expire it will not stop working.
