If you need to find the Mac address of a machine to create an activation key, follow these steps: 

• Open the windows start menu
• Open a cmd window (execute > "cmd")
• Enter the command "ipconfig  /all" without quotes. (space between g and /)
• Your MAC Address is listed under 'Physical Address' as a series of 6 groups of two digits, letters and numbers, separated by dashes.
