Appeon & JBoss port number

The Appeon server port number is the same as the JBoss http port. The JBoss http default port is 8080. You can go to the \$jboss-5.1.0.GA$\server\default\conf\bindingservice.beans\META-INF/bindings-jboss-beans.xml to modify this value. http://localhost:8080/admin-console/login.seam?conversationId=8 The port number cannot differ if the Web server and application server are the same type. For example, if the web server is JBoss and the application server is Appeon Server + JBoss. However, if the Web Server is Apache, and the application server is Appeon Server + JBoss, the customer can configure different port number for the web server and application server once they correctly install and configure Appeon Web Component for JBoss. | |
